About the platform
The Caribbean Vehicle Register (CVR) is the central register for vehicle and license plate registration in the Caribbean public bodies. The platform supports registration, MRB, insurance validation, vehicle inspection (APK), enforcement and full audit logging. Access is restricted to authorized users and integrated systems. All mutations are event-driven, traceable and meet governance and accountability requirements.
